Our Team
Adriel graduated with her Master of Arts in Counseling degree from Missio Seminary (formerly Biblical Theological Seminary) in 2019 and is pursuing licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania. Her current areas of interest are identity issues, attachment and betrayal trauma, parent-child conflicts, emotional and sexual abuse, addictions, spiritual crisis, grief/loss, ADHD, anxiety, and depression.
Adriel works with children, adolescents, families, and women. For 4 years, Adriel served local public schools, alternative schools, and youth detention centers with the LifeSMART (Sexual Maturity and Relationship Truths) program with a message of truth and strategies to navigate relationships and their sexuality. She has led support groups for women in her community and actively teaches women’s Bible study.
Adriel believes that a safe and stable therapeutic relationship is critical to the healing process and she strives to create an authentic and accepting environment while using evidence-based treatments and Christ-centered interventions. Additionally, she draws from the life experience of being a young single mom to a teenage son whom she loves goofing around with over good food.

Susan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Therapeutic Recreation from the University of Missouri, a Master of Arts degree from Missio Seminary, and is a licensed professional counselor. Susan uses a variety of counseling approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. Susan serves various clients including married couples, single adults and teens.
As an avid reader, Susan continues to learn and grow. Beyond her counseling work, she is also a pottery instructor, operating Dust to Dawn Pottery Studio in Nazareth, PA. Susan believes that working for CCM has been a privilege. In her own words, Susan states, “Since its launch in 2013, I have watched this practice grow from its humble beginnings to its current state of approximately 15 knowledgeable and supportive counselors serving dozens of clients pursuing improved mental and spiritual health”.

Jane earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Hunter College and her Master of Arts in Counseling at Biblical Theological Seminary (now named Missio Seminary). Jane has a certificate in Trauma Training from the Global Trauma Recovery Institute.
Jane is married and is blessed with three children and has two Golden Doodles. She enjoys doing Hot Yoga and running. She attends church in the Lehigh Valley and enjoys facilitating women’s Bible studies in her home. She also volunteers at VAST (Valley Against Sex Trafficking). Her passion is to serve women who have experienced trauma and walk alongside them to freedom in whom they are in Christ.
Jane is not currently taking new clients.
Kristy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Oral Roberts University and a Master of Science in Education and School Counseling from Buena Vista University. She is a Certified Spiritual Director through Christian Formation and Direction Ministries (CFDM).
Kristy was in full-time ministry for over a decade, with another ten years in social services and counseling. Her time in ministry includes six years as a pastor in California, three years as an overseas missionary with Africa Inland Mission, and several years in youth ministry. Kristy discovered her passion for spiritual direction during a time of personal burnout and grief. “Experiencing God’s love right in the middle of all of my layers of grief, scars, and disappointment gave me the courage to accept His invitation to live more freely from a place of “being”, rather than doing.”
Kristy continues to work part-time as a school counselor and a Mental Health First Aid instructor. She lives in Northwest Arkansas with her family and two snuggly golden doodles. She enjoys all things outside and is currently learning to play pickleball and mountain bike.

Molly earned her bachelor of arts in Psychology and Elementary Education at Moravian University. She is in the final stages of pursuing a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with Messiah University.
Molly’s areas of interest include betrayal trauma, emotional and spiritual abuse, parent/child relationships, grief, anxiety, and depression. She strives to build empathetic client relationships in an environment of safety and authenticity with adolescents, women, and parents/children using a variety of evidence-based approaches including Psychodynamic and Narrative Therapy.
Over the last three decades Molly has planted local churches, led women’s ministries, and taught meditative art experiences. She enjoys creating art, writing, theatre, hiking, experimenting in the kitchen, and playing with her dog Moe.

Serrina earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Coastal Carolina University and a Master of Arts degree in School Counseling from Centenary College (now University). After earning tenure as a school counselor, Serrina went on to complete additional coursework needed toward clinical licensure requirements. Serrina also completed a Graduate Certificate in Christian Counseling from Grand Canyon University. Serrina is a certified school counselor in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania as well as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.
Serrina has over a decade of experience counseling people of all ages and walks of life but especially enjoys helping individuals navigate symptoms of depression and anxiety. Serrina utilizes a mixture of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Serrina aims to be empathic, accepting, and genuine, and believes she is not the “expert” on the client’s life, rather a helper. She strives to see each client how God sees them, which is what brought her to CCM.
When she is not working, she enjoys the beach, running (and running at the beach!), trying to be a “foodie”, fellowshiping with her small group, and hugging her dog (and any other dog who crosses her path). Serrina and her husband live and attend church in the Lehigh Valley.

Lauraine earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Penn State University and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Biblical Theological Seminary in 2019. She is passionate about helping young people and parents navigate hurts in this difficult culture and learn healthy decision making. She has worked in youth ministry most of her adult life, created a youth dance team, coached youth swimming and now goes into local public schools, youth detention centers and youth groups. Additionally, she does over 200 presentations a year with the LifeSMART (Sexual Maturity and Relationship Truths) program, which brings a message of truth, hope, and strategies for decision making to navigate relationships and their sexuality.
With a background as a personal trainer, she desires to incorporate movement into her practice. Her interests are exercise, time with friends, dance, and young people. Lauraine has been married to her husband Carmen for over 30 years and they have 3 grown children. She and Carmen attend New Covenant Christian Community Church where they serve as care deacons.

Rica earned a Bachelor of Arts from Binghamton University and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Messiah University. She offers individual counseling with compassion, understanding, and reliance on the wonderful counselor who is Christ Jesus. Rica appreciates using a person-centered and strengths-based approach in counseling, celebrating resiliency in her clients, while exploring emotions in a non-judgmental safe space. She also integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy to work hand-in-hand with clients to learn healthy decision-making and recognize how thoughts and perceptions affect the way they feel and behave. Rica is passionate about mental wellness and believes that with the right tools and emotional support, individuals can begin to find hope instead of suffering in silence.
She is active in several counseling associations, such as the American Counseling Association, Mu Chi Alpha Honor Society, and the Pennsylvania Counseling Association, and serves on the board of Africa Health Outreach.
Rica loves spending time with her family, traveling, enjoying nature, watching documentaries, eating great food, dancing to Afrobeats, and listening to worship music. “My personal experience with mental health and therapy has been the greatest cause of my pursuit in this field. My lifelong hope is to help in the healing journey through talk therapy”.

Pat earned a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Penn State University and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Biblical Theological Seminary (now named Missio Seminary). Pat has received additional training in trauma healing and previously worked with incarcerated women for over a decade. Pat recently earned a certification in Spiritual Direction from Evangelical Theological Seminary. She is a member of the Evangelical Spiritual Directors Association and follows their code of ethics.
Pat has been involved with CCM in various capacities since its inception and is humbled by what God is doing through this ministry. Her personal interests include gardening, decorating, hiking, fitness, and art. Pat has been married to her husband Matt for over 40 years and loves spending time with her 4 adult children and 12 grandchildren.

Alyssa earned her Bachelor of Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Missio Seminary. Alyssa offers individual and marriage counseling. Leaning on Psychodynamic theory and Narrative Therapy for individuals, and both the Gottman Method and Emotion-Focused Therapy for marriages, Alyssa appreciates using a whole story perspective in counseling. With compassionate curiosity, Alyssa joins her clients in exploring patterns that have brought disconnection and distress internally and in relationship with others.
Alyssa and her husband David married and moved to the Lehigh Valley 30 years ago. Together they have raised four daughters. Alyssa and David have spent much of their free time over the past two decades planting churches in the Lehigh Valley. Alyssa enjoys the community at CCM of like-minded counselors and the opportunity to incorporate faith for those interested.

Elizabeth manages various administrative and operational duties at CCM. She is the kind voice that clients hear when they contact CCM. She is eager to assist clients with any questions or concerns they may have in order to help them on their counseling journey. Elizabeth is currently in school, studying to get her Bachelor’s degree in psychology.
When she is not working (or studying), Elizabeth loves to play with her dogs, read, experiment with baking (semi-successfully), and visit her sisters. Elizabeth lives in and attends church in the Lehigh Valley.
Dr. Marcella Rolle (Dr. Marcie) is a native of the South (Tennessee and Georgia) but has recently settled in Bethlehem, PA as she assumes her new role as Executive Director of Cornerstone Counseling Ministries. Dr. Marcie is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Clinical Supervisor in the state of Pennsylvania and has been practicing counseling for over 10 years. Dr. Marcie’s areas of clinical interest include supporting clients who have experienced anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, and relational issues as a result of trauma, oppression, and other life’s barriers. Dr. Marcie is a trained educator, supervisor, and counselor and has trained future counselors at Walden University, The Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, LaSalle University, and Missio Seminary. In addition to her work as a clinician, Dr. Marcie has spent years working with non-profits, schools, and churches providing family-based counseling services and training while also facilitating small groups with a focus on identity and spiritual development as well as cultural competence.
Dr. Marcie is the eldest daughter of Marcus and Toni Rolle and has two younger siblings and two nieces. In her free time, Dr. Marcie enjoys spending time with family and friends, finding great restaurants and seeing shows on Broadway. Dr. Marcie is truly excited about what God has in store for her and through her in this next chapter in her life.
Heloise Ridley (Lois) is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. She has experience working with clients in family-based, mobile, outpatient, therapeutic alternative school and university settings. She specializes in supporting individuals and families in their journey toward healing relational attachment trauma. With a warm, engaging, and empathetic presence, Heloise supports adults struggling to connect with others, establish healthy boundaries, or communicate within their current relationships due to early childhood trauma.
Heloise earned a bachelor of science in Chemistry from Lincoln University, Master of Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University, Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Liberty University, certificate from the Global Trauma Recovery Institute through Missio Seminary and is a doctoral candidate in Educational Leadership at Wilkes University.
She utilizes a trauma-informed, culturally responsive lens to support her clients with unconditional regard and occasional humor. Based upon a client’s needs and preferences, her clinical orientation includes a blend of Family Systems, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy, Trauma-healing, Neuropsychology, and Narrative Therapy.
Heloise strives, with compassion and understanding, to support those who struggle with life transitions, grief, anxiety, depression, shame, anger, recovery from abuse, chronic stress, faith-injury, and racialized generational trauma in an emotionally safe environment that fosters hope, growth, and wholeness.

Randa earned a Masters Degree in Spiritual Direction and Spiritual Formation from Evangelical Seminary (now Kairos University). Previously, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in General Studies with an emphasis in Behavioral Science, Religious Studies, and Fine Art from Central College in Pella, Iowa. She is a member of the Evangelical Spiritual Directors Association and follows their code of ethics.
Randa has always loved and followed Jesus and has an enthusiasm for listening to and understanding other people's stories. Spiritual Direction training brought her many passions together as she directs others to become more attune to God’s presence and then respond more fully to Him in all aspects of life.
In her free time, Randa enjoys spending time with her family and friends, tending to her excessive collection of plants, puzzling, playing soccer, playing golf, and drinking well-made lattes. Randa has been married to her husband, Barat, for 18 years, and they have two teenaged children together.

Dave earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary Education Mathematics from Glassboro State College (now Rowan University), a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Education from Florida Bible College as well as a Master of Science in Family Counseling from Philadelphia Biblical University (now Cairn University). Dave holds a New Jersey Teaching Certificate in Secondary Education Mathematics and a Certificate in Cross Cultural Communications from New Tribes Mission.
Dave enjoys marriage counseling and individual counseling for men, especially for issues related to addictions. Dave and his wife facilitate the GriefShare program around the Lehigh Valley.
In Dave’s own words, “My journey began in the late forties, born into the family of an Irish cop in Philadelphia, PA. I grew up in South Jersey an hour from the Jersey Shore. I have been a Philadelphia sports fan all my life (so I hate the Giants, the Yankees and the Dallas Cowboys). Seriously, I found Christ as a sophomore at Glassboro State College and it has been an exciting journey with Him ever since. My wife and I have enjoyed following the Lord wherever He has led us. We spent 10 years in Thailand with New Tribes Mission and raised our children on the mission field. We pastored two churches, did youth work and I also taught high school for 34 years. The Lord has been faithful to us and continues to teach us each day just how wonderful He is to His children”.

Ben graduated from Temple University with a degree in Film and Media Arts and a love of story. He earned his Master of Arts in Counseling degree from Missio Graduate School of Counseling. Ben brings his love of narrative to counseling, using positive regard and examination of thoughts and emotions to help clients explore their backstory, develop coping skills in the present, and grow into the people they desire to become. Ben has worked with clients facing anxiety, depression, shame, addiction, relationship challenges, trauma, identity struggles, and spiritual questioning.
Ben lives and attends church in Philadelphia with his family. In his free time, Ben enjoys playing board games with friends, spending a day at the beach, and watching a good movie or TV show.

Daniel earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Development from Virginia Tech and a Master of Arts in Christian Counseling from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He is also in a doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision program at University of the Cumberlands. Daniel is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania and a Nationally Certified Counselor.
Daniel grew up in Virginia and has a background working in child welfare in multiple states before being called into the field of professional counseling. He has a heart for helping others who are struggling and provides counseling in a supportive, empathic environment. His current areas of interest are emotion regulation, marital difficulties, stress, addiction, anxiety, spiritual issues, and depression. Daniel works from a variety of counseling approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, emotion-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy. Daniel also works with various clients including married couples, adults, and adolescents.
Daniel and his wife have two children. He lives in the Lehigh Valley and attends a church in the area. He enjoys exercise, reading, traveling, movies, and time with his family.
