Heloise Ridley
Heloise Ridley (Lois) is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. She has experience working with clients in family-based, mobile, outpatient, therapeutic alternative school and university settings. She specializes in supporting individuals and families in their journey toward healing relational attachment trauma. With a warm, engaging, and empathetic presence, Heloise supports adults struggling to connect with others, establish healthy boundaries, or communicate within their current relationships due to early childhood trauma.
Heloise earned a bachelor of science in Chemistry from Lincoln University, Master of Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University, Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Liberty University, certificate from the Global Trauma Recovery Institute through Missio Seminary and is a doctoral candidate in Educational Leadership at Wilkes University.
She utilizes a trauma-informed, culturally responsive lens to support her clients with unconditional regard and occasional humor. Based upon a client’s needs and preferences, her clinical orientation includes a blend of Family Systems, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy, Trauma-healing, Neuropsychology, and Narrative Therapy.
Heloise strives, with compassion and understanding, to support those who struggle with life transitions, grief, anxiety, depression, shame, anger, recovery from abuse, chronic stress, faith-injury, and racialized generational trauma in an emotionally safe environment that fosters hope, growth, and wholeness.
Heloise offers in-person counseling sessions at the CCM Easton location as well as virtual sessions.
