Clinical Supervisor & Licensed Professional Counselor (Full-Time)
Position Overview
CCM is seeking a full-time Clinical Supervisor & Licensed Professional Counselor to provide high-quality clinical care while also supervising and mentoring counselors-in-training and clinical staff. This role balances direct client care with clinical supervision, training, and program development. The ideal candidate will have a strong Christian identity, leadership abilities, and experience in both counseling and supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Counseling (Approx. 65%)
Provide individual, group, family, and couples counseling at multiple CCM locations.
Maintain a clinical caseload of approximately 25 client hours per week.
Develop and monitor treatment plans aligned with clients’ therapeutic goals.
Utilize evidence-based counseling practices while integrating faith-based principles.
Collaborate with clinical staff and key stakeholders in clients' lives.
Apply DSM-5 criteria for diagnosis and treatment planning.
Participate in community engagement initiatives and outreach events.
Clinical Supervision & Leadership (Approx. 35%)
Provide individual and group clinical supervision to pre-licensed counselors and interns (estimated 5-7 hours per week).
Oversee treatment planning and documentation to ensure quality and compliance.
Facilitate staff training and development workshops to enhance clinical skills.
Conduct regular case reviews and provide expert consultation on complex cases.
Ensure all counseling practices adhere to ethical, state, and federal regulations.
Act as a liaison between CCM leadership and the counseling team, providing recommendations for program improvements.
Qualifications
Master’s degree or higher in Counseling (Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Professional Counseling, or related field).
Active, unrestricted state licensure as an LPC, LMHC, LCMHC, or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, including at least 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
Experience working in faith-based settings or a strong understanding of integrating faith into counseling.
Strong relational and organizational skills, with the ability to work across multiple locations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Pay: $72,000 per year
