Susan Briggs

Susan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Therapeutic Recreation from the University of Missouri, a Master of Arts degree from Missio Seminary, and is a licensed professional counselor. Susan uses a variety of counseling approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. Susan serves various clients including married couples, single adults and teens.

As an avid reader, Susan continues to learn and grow. Beyond her counseling work, she is also a pottery instructor, operating Dust to Dawn Pottery Studio in Nazareth, PA. Susan believes that working for CCM has been a privilege. In her own words, Susan states, “Since its launch in 2013, I have watched this practice grow from its humble beginnings to its current state of approximately 15 knowledgeable and supportive counselors serving dozens of clients pursuing improved mental and spiritual health”.

Susan offers in-person counseling sessions at the CCM Philadelphia location as well as virtual sessions.
